I've noticed that you post links on twitter to your own content on both posterous and tumblr blogs... why the split between the two, and even more so, why separate output on multiple platforms?

Do your audiences on each differ, or do your readers tend to follow you across the board?

Hello there! I find Tumblr and Posterous to be completely different in terms of functionality and audience. There’s some overlap, but for the most part, the people who follow me on Tumblr are different from the people on Posterous. Also, the overall communities are different — Tumblr being more photo oriented and Posterous being more text oriented. Though I have to say, lately I’ve been using Tumblr more because Posterous keeps going down.
